With two decades of healthcare expertise, Cathy Vasil joins Silver Birch at Cook Road as Executive Director with an extensive background in senior living. Her previous experience includes directly managing three urgent care clinics as a multi-site manager, working directly with residents across 15 senior communities as a wellness coordinator and managing a small pediatric and family practice as an office manager/medical biller & coder. Her well-rounded approach, rooted in effective communication, reflects her passion for serving residents under her care.
“I love being able to help people on a daily basis,” said Vasil. “I enjoy working with the senior population because they have so much history to share with us all.”
As Executive Director at Silver Birch at Cook Road, Vasil will be the cornerstone of her community — driving day-to-day operations and ensuring a quality assisted living environment that fosters resident well-being and growth.
