Silver Birch Living recently announced Amanda Harlow as the executive director at Silver Birch of Fort Wayne.
As Executive Director at Silver Birch of Fort Wayne, Harlow will drive day-to-day operations and ensure a quality assisted living environment that fosters resident well-being and growth.

Harlow has spent over seven years in the senior living industry in multiple roles — developing a well-rounded understanding of residents’ needs and experiences.
Additionally, Harlow’s track record includes leading an assisted living community in Fort Wayne, developing impactful relationships with residents, identifying residents’ needs and supporting residents and their families during their transition to assisted living.
“I am grateful every day to be allowed into the home of those I serve,” said Harlow. “The transition from independence to dependence can be very hard for not only the person experiencing it but the support system around them. It is my goal to be a guide and a helpful hand within that time of life.”
