Silver Birch Living, a growing family of premier affordable assisted living communities with 9 locations across Indiana, announced today the addition of two experienced assisted living executives.
Dave Mazurek joins Silver Birch as the Vice President for Investments and Growth Strategy, and Colleen Wille serves as the Assistant Vice President for Sales and Operations.
As the Vice President for Investments and Growth Strategy, Mazurek brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial planning and investment management. Mazurek’s nearly 20-year real estate and senior housing career includes development, investment and operational experience. Additionally, Mazurek currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Urban Land Institute Senior Housing Council and was previously an Advisory Committee Member of the American Senior Housing Association (ASHA).
With his expertise, Silver Birch aims to further enhance its investment strategies and optimize its growth potential. His strategic thinking and deep understanding of market trends will play a crucial role in guiding Silver Birch’s investment decisions.
Wille will drive the operational excellence and sales growth at Silver Birch Living in her role as Assistant Vice President for Sales and Operations. She comes with over 28 years of background in sales and operations management within the assisted living industry. She will be instrumental in streamlining processes and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Her leadership and customer-centric approach aligns well with Silver Birch’s commitment to inspiring purposeful lives for all.
