GateWay at River City Announces New Executive Director

GateWay at River City, a supportive living community owned and managed by Silver Birch Living, today announced its appointment of Keli Miller as the new Executive Director.

GateWay at River City offers services for individuals between the ages of 22 and 64 — providing a variety of amenities to assist with daily living. Both Miller’s professional and personal experiences align seamlessly to step into this position, with expertise and compassion to elevate GateWay’s offerings.

“I believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home while maintaining independence and dignity,” said Miller. “GateWay at River City offers a community where individuals with diverse backgrounds and life experiences can thrive and feel at home.”

With over 10 years of experience working with seniors, and a career full of service-oriented positions, compassionate care is consistent across Miller’s resume. However, it’s not just something that she does at work. As the mother of a 24-year-old son with special needs, the work that GateWay does feels personal.

“Raising a child with special needs has been my greatest blessing —  it’s the hardest job I’ve ever loved,” said Miller. “I really believe that I have been preparing for this job for the last 24 years.  Every day I come to work knowing that I have an opportunity to show my residents that they are important and they have a purpose in this world.”

Gateway at River City eagerly anticipates leveraging Miller’s expertise and passion to enhance care standards and foster a vibrant community environment toprovide personalized care and quality living experiences for residents of all ages.
